- The sender of the e-transfer.
- The amount due (in full or monthly payment)
- The number of your unit.

Notes area: Your unit number.
Some users will need to provide a secret question and answer:
- Secret question: In what country do we live?
(Please do not write the secret answer in the secret question field.) - Secret answer: Canada
(Please check that the secret answer is spelled correctly, with only the first letter “C” capitalized.)
Once we have received and processed your payment, your financial institution will send you a notice advising you that your payment has been accepted.
